Operating principle:
The core working principle of the lifting type stirred ball mill is the same as that of the ordinary stirred ball mill, but it adds the operational convenience brought by the lifting function.
2. Grinding principle (wet ultrafine grinding) : The grinding bucket is filled with grinding media (such as zirconia beads, steel beads, zirconium silicate beads, etc.). Under the high-speed action of the agitator, the materials and grinding media generate intense collision, friction and shearing forces.
3. Under the action of these forces, the material particles are continuously refined and eventually reach the required particle size.
4. Function of the agitator: The agitator shaft drives the agitator rod to rotate at high speed, causing the grinding medium and material to form a complex circulation motion. The structural design of the agitator rod directly affects the grinding efficiency and energy transfer effect.
5. Function of the lifting mechanism: It can lift the grinding bucket or the stirring system as a whole, facilitating rapid unloading, cleaning or replacement of the grinding medium and the replacement of the stirring rod head, reducing labor intensity, and improving the maintainability and production efficiency of the equipment.
6. Circulation and separation system: Materials enter the grinding chamber through a pump or gravity, and are discharged through a screen after grinding to prevent the grinding media from flowing out along with the materials, ensuring product purity.
