The AGY series double-roller machine adopts two rollers rotating towards each other, maintaining a certain working gap between the rollers (the gap can be adjusted according to the required particle size of the material). The material is fed into the space between the two rollers from above the gap and moves downward as the rollers rotate. Large particle materials are crushed to smaller particles in the upper part of the crushing area. When they move further downward, a material layer is formed due to the fact that most of the material particles are smaller than the roller gap. During this process, the pressure on the material gradually increases and reaches a maximum when passing through the two roller lines. Under tremendous pressure, the material is crushed to an extremely fine particle size.
characteristic
(1) The crushing force does not act on individual particles but on a group of particles. Compared with single-particle crushing, a larger amount of material can be crushed in one action.
(2) The crushing force is pure pressure. The application process is relatively slow and the action time is long. The slow application of force causes the material particles to exhibit a relatively low strength.
(3) The crushing force is extremely strong, with the pressure on the material reaching 50 to 300 mpa. The extremely high crushing force enables the material to be crushed to an extremely fine particle size, and at the same time, a large number of micro-cracks will form within the particles, significantly reducing the particle strength.
(4) The AGY series roller press is mainly designed to meet the requirements of the electronic ceramics, chemical and metallurgical industries for high-hardness materials. According to customer needs, the rollers can be made of agate, zirconia, 95 porcelain, common ceramics, high manganese steel, stainless steel, etc.
