AWM series horizontal stirred ball mill

The AWM type horizontal stirred ball mill is a device with good sealing, low pollution, low noise, ultra-fine fineness, low consumption, and convenient feeding and discharging.   

The structural feature of the AWM type horizontal stirred ball mill is that it has a hollow cylinder placed horizontally and rotating around a horizontal axis, with a stirring shaft inside.

The cylinder is filled with grinding media and materials to be ground. When the cylinder rotates, the medium and materials are lifted. After reaching a certain height, they fall under the effect of gravity. The central stirring shaft rotates at high speed in the opposite direction to the outer cylinder, intensifying the movement of the medium and causing the materials to be rapidly subjected to squeezing, friction, impact, grinding, shearing and other actions, thus being crushed.

Both the stirring shaft and the outer cylinder are equipped with water cooling devices to better ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the temperature of the materials.

The AWM type horizontal stirred ball mill is very mature in both structure and process configuration. The operation is simple and convenient, the work is reliable, it is easy to clean, and it has strong adaptability to working conditions. It can perform dry, wet or lubricated grinding, and can carry out coarse, fine or ultra-fine grinding. The product particle size range is from about 5mm to 1um, and it can handle materials of various hardness.

This machine can be equipped with inner linings of nylon, tetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, stainless steel, alumina, zirconia, manganese steel, etc. It is also equipped with a dual frequency converter speed regulation mechanism to better control the speed of the outer cylinder and the stirring shaft, so that materials with various specific gravity differences can achieve high-quality ball milling effects.
