The WV type high-efficiency mixer is a widely used powder and granular material mixer internationally. Operating principle
This equipment is designed by drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products. By taking advantage of the unequal lengths of the two cylindrical barrels of the mixer, they are arranged in an asymmetrical manner. When the mixer rotates, the materials change from decomposition to combination, and from combination to decomposition. Due to the different planes of the materials, there is also a lateral force, which drives the materials to exchange laterally. In each rotation, the lateral force causes approximately 25% of the materials to flow from one barrel to another. In this way, the materials are mixed horizontally and radially, and the decomposition and combination proceed with each other, achieving a very uniform mixing effect.
Characteristic
There is no mechanical squeezing or intense wear, which can keep the material particles intact. The inner and outer surfaces of the barrel are polished, both designed with smooth transitions and no dead corners, which can prevent cross-contamination of materials. The discharge port is equipped with a butterfly valve for convenient discharging.
This machine can also be equipped with a forced stirring device, material humidification system and gas protection device according to the user's requirements.
