


The barrel of this gelatinizing machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and both the stainless steel stirring impeller and the shaft are. Heating can be done with water or heat transfer oil. The temperature controller can set the temperature range of the PVA solution in the bucket to 10 to 85 degrees, and the oil temperature to 110 degrees. Two temperature controllers can control the temperature simultaneously, and no foaming occurs during stirring. The glue dispenser adopts a jacketed heating method and is insulated with an aluminosilicate fiber layer on the outside. The stirring shaft of the 3-50L equipment can be easily disassembled, and the frame components can rotate 90 degrees, facilitating the removal of the bucket and the taking out of the melted adhesive. The melted adhesive does not bubble or burn.
