Vertical stirred ball mill is a highly efficient grinding equipment, widely used in multiple industries such as chemical engineering, mining, building materials, electronic materials, and ceramics. It can perform fine grinding and dispersion treatment on various materials to meet the requirements of different production processes for material particle size. It is mainly composed of key components such as the barrel body, bracket, agitator, drive device, and pneumatic diaphragm pump (equipped in some models).
Operating principle:
When the equipment is in operation, the drive device drives the agitator to rotate at high speed, and the agitator inside the barrel drives the grinding media to flip in a vortex shape. Under the action of the squeezing force, shearing force and mutual collision force generated by the movement of the grinding media, the materials are continuously ground and crushed, thus achieving the expected grinding effect. Meanwhile, the stirring shaft drives the grinding medium to perform forced mechanical shearing and grinding. The material is conveyed upward to the upper opening of the grinding cylinder through the filter screen at the bottom of the grinding drum and the pipeline by the material pump, allowing the material to fully contact and grind with the medium, completing one cycle. This cycle is repeated until the required fineness is achieved.
