


The ZKS vacuum feeder is composed of a vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free) or Roots blower, stainless steel suction nozzles, conveying hoses, PE filters (or stainless steel filters), compressed air reverse blowing devices, pneumatic discharge door devices, vacuum hoppers and automatic material level control devices, etc. The entire system is reasonably designed and exquisitely manufactured. The vacuum feeder uses a vortex air pump to extract air, creating a certain vacuum state at the inlet of the suction nozzle and throughout the entire system. Powder and granular materials, along with the outside air, are sucked into the nozzle to form a material flow, which then passes through the suction pipe to reach the hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are accomplished through the continuous opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve, and the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve are controlled by the control center.
The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air reverse blowing device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulses to reverse blow the filter, knocking off the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter to ensure the normal operation of the suction material.
The machine is an advanced, ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powder materials, granular materials and mixed powder and granular materials. The vacuum feeder can automatically convey various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, crushers and other equipment, and can also directly convey the mixed materials to mixers (such as V-type mixers, double-cone mixers, single-cone mixers, etc.), reducing the labor intensity of workers and solving problems such as dust overflow during feeding. It is the preferred equipment for the production of ceramics, abrasives, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and other industries.
